
Lukasz started his journey in hospitality when he was fifteen, working at busy catering events in his native Poland. Later on, he moved to Barcelona where he started learning the ropes in the local cocktail scene, working in numerous bars in the Gothic Quarter. After four years of managing popular beach bars, he decided to move over to East London where he began running a pop-up cocktail bar and restaurant in Clapton and got involved into various spirit related projects including the co-creation of Signature Brew’s seasonal ale, Candela Gold.
After 3 years of living in a hustle and bustle of the city he decided to move out to a beautiful Suffolk countryside and now he is working as a Bar Manager at our newly opened restaurant!
